How Triggered Campaigns Work

Triggered campaigns are set up through your marketing automation tools — Shopify Flows or Klaviyo. You define the trigger (the customer action) and the notification content, and JeriCommerce delivers it to the customer's wallet.

Choose your trigger

Decide which customer action should fire the notification — a purchase, a tag change, a Klaviyo event, etc.

Build the automation

Create a flow in Shopify Flows or Klaviyo and add the JeriCommerce push notification action.

Write your message

Set the notification header and body. Keep it short and actionable — lock-screen space is limited.

Activate the flow

Turn on the automation and notifications will be sent in real time, one customer at a time.
