To help you launch your loyalty communication strategy faster, JeriCommerce has submitted official flow templates to the Klaviyo Library. These templates follow best practices for retention and include specialized deep-link logic out of the box.

How to find the templates

Open the Klaviyo Flow Library

Log in to your Klaviyo account and go to Flows in the left-hand menu. Click Browse Templates in the top right.

Search for JeriCommerce

In the search bar or the integration filter, look for JeriCommerce.

Create a flow from the template

Choose the template you want and click Create Flow. The trigger, timing, and logic are pre-set — you just need to update the email design.

Reward Unlock Nudge

Waits 24 hours after a customer earns a reward. If they haven't redeemed it, sends a reminder email with a smart deep link that opens the store and applies the reward in one click.

Your Coupon is Ready

Triggers immediately when a coupon is assigned to a customer. Delivers the code to their inbox so they have the discount ready for their next purchase.

Reward Unlock Nudge

  • Trigger: Reward redeemable event from JeriCommerce
  • Logic: Waits 24 hours, then checks if the reward has been used. If not, sends a reminder email.
  • Key feature: The email button includes a smart ?jeri={rewardLink} parameter. This automatically opens your store and triggers the JeriCommerce widget, applying the reward with a single click.

Your Coupon is Ready

  • Trigger: Coupon Assigned event from JeriCommerce
  • Logic: Triggers immediately when a coupon is assigned — either manually or via an automation rule.
  • Key feature: Delivers the code instantly to the customer's inbox, ensuring they have the discount ready for their next purchase.

Before going live

Remember to update the email design to match your brand guidelines — logo, colors, and tone of voice. The logic is pre-set, but the visuals are yours to customize.

Use Klaviyo's Preview mode to check that dynamic variables like {{ event.rewardTitle }} are populating correctly before setting the flow live.
