With the Customer Rewards tile, you can check a customer's available points and apply both rewards and assigned coupons directly into the Shopify POS cart, all without leaving the checkout flow.

The tile badge shows the total number of available discounts (rewards plus coupons combined).

How it works

  • Open the Customer Rewards tileFrom your Shopify POS home, tap the Customer Rewards tile.
  • You'll see the customer's current balance and two tabs: Rewards and Coupons.

  • Rewards tabLists rewards the customer can claim with their points. If the customer has enough points, the reward shows as Redeemable.

  • Tap Redeem reward to generate a coupon and apply it to the cart automatically.

  • Coupons tabLists any coupons already assigned to the customer (from a campaign, manual assignment, or another earning flow) that haven't been used yet.

  • Tap Apply on a coupon to add the discount code to the cart. The coupon is marked as consumed so it can't be applied twice.

  • Confirm in the cartThe discount appears under Cart discount in the order summary.

  • Proceed to checkoutComplete the transaction as usual.

  • The customer receives their discount instantly.

This tile works alongside the other JeriCommerce loyalty tiles (Scanner Cards, Balance Adjustment) to give a complete in-store loyalty experience.

To scan a reward directly from the customer's reward profile, the customer needs to access their profile from the back of the Wallet and click on "Claim Reward". A QR code will be displayed, and the cashier can use the scanner card tile, the reward will be instantly applied to the cart.
