Get your JeriCommerce loyalty program up and running in just a few minutes.
Prerequisites¶
Before you begin, make sure you have:
- A Shopify store (Basic plan or higher)
- Admin access to your Shopify store
- A JeriCommerce account
If you're currently using LoyaltyLion or Smile.io, review our integration guide to avoid double-counting points.
Installation¶
- Visit the JeriCommerce listing
- Click Add app
- Approve the permissions
- You'll be redirected to the JeriCommerce dashboard
If you have a direct install link from our team:
- Open the link in your browser
- Choose your Shopify store
- Approve the permissions
First Setup¶
After installation, the setup wizard walks you through the basics:

Name your program and points¶
Choose a name for your loyalty program and your points label (e.g., Stars, Coins, Points). Set the points ratio — this defines how many points customers earn per euro or dollar spent.
A ratio of 1 means customers earn 1 point for every 1 EUR spent. A ratio of 5 means 5 points per 1 EUR. Check our points ratio guide to find the best fit for your business type.

Create your first reward¶
Add at least one reward customers can redeem with their points — for example, a fixed discount or a percentage discount.

Design your loyalty card¶
Upload your logo, pick your brand colors, and customize the look of your Apple & Google Wallet pass.
Verify Everything Works¶
How do I know it's working?
Go to your Shopify store, place a test order, and check that points appear in the JeriCommerce dashboard within 5 minutes.
What if points don't appear?
Check that the Shopify Flow triggers are properly connected. In JeriCommerce, go to Settings > Integrations > Shopify and verify all triggers show as active.
