Customers often don't realize they've earned enough points to claim a reward. The Reward Redeemable event fixes this — it fires every time a customer accumulates enough points to redeem a reward, so you can notify them right away.
This event works with both JeriCommerce rewards and LoyaltyLion rewards.
Use It in Shopify Flows¶
The Reward Redeemable trigger is available in Shopify Flows. It includes useful properties like the reward title and the reward link (for opening the reward directly in the web app).

Create a new Shopify Flow¶
Go to Shopify Admin → Automations → Flows and create a new flow.

Choose the Reward Redeemable trigger¶
Select the Reward Redeemable trigger from JeriCommerce.

Add your action¶
Send a push notification to the customer's wallet with the reward link, so they can open and redeem it in one tap.
Pair this trigger with a push notification that includes the reward link. Customers tap the notification and land directly on the reward — ready to redeem with one click.
