The Customers section is where you see everyone enrolled in your loyalty program. From here you can search for specific customers, view their profiles, check balances and tiers, and take actions like adjusting points or sending notifications.
Customer List¶
When you open Customers in the JeriCommerce admin, you'll see a table with your loyalty program members:

You can search by name or email using the search bar at the top, and sort by clicking any column header. The list is paginated — use the controls at the bottom to navigate through pages or change how many customers you see at once.
What You Can Do¶
Customer Profile
View a customer's details, activity timeline, notification preferences, and take actions like sending a push or adjusting their balance.
Adjust Balance
Manually increase or decrease a customer's points from the admin, Shopify Flows, or Shopify POS.
Custom Fields
Automatically sync customer loyalty data to Shopify and Klaviyo.
Email Customization
Customize or replace the default confirmation and wallet pass download emails.
Locations
Manage physical store locations synced from Shopify or created manually, and set up in-store devices.
