JeriCommerce Loyalty is the built-in loyalty program that integrates seamlessly with your JeriCommerce Wallet Pass. It’s designed for brands that want a simple, integrated way to manage points, rewards, and loyalty flows directly within the JeriCommerce platform—without relying on third-party providers.

What’s Included in JeriCommerce Loyalty

1. Earning Flows

Create automations for customers to earn points based on specific actions. These are fully configurable in the JeriCommerce admin under the Earning Flows section.

Available earning actions:

  • Purchase-based: Set points per euro spent. Learn how it works.
  • Referral-based: Reward customers when their referred friend completes a key action (e.g., signup, first purchase). Learn how it works.
  • Other actions (coming soon): Welcome, birthday, etc.

Each flow is rule-based and can include limits and conditions.

2. Reward System

The built-in rewards system is an excellent way to engage your loyal customers. It offers gifts based on their spending in your shop and their interactions with your brand, such as installing the loyalty card or making purchases.Design the incentives that customers can redeem using their earned points. All rewards are fully customizable.

Supported reward types:

  • Fixed discount (e.g., €5 off)
  • Percentage discount (e.g., 10% off)
  • Free shipping
  • Free product or gift

All rewards are synced with Shopify via discount codes.

3. Coupons

Coupons are an excellent loyalty tool for promotions or to re-engage customers who haven't visited the store in a long time. These coupons are similar to gift cards, but only customers with the loyalty card can receive them.

  • Coupons are generated automatically as part of rewards.
  • They can be delivered via the Wallet Pass or email/SMS.
  • You can track redemptions in your Shopify dashboard.

4.Customer Tiers (Status Levels)

The Tier system allows you to create hierarchical status levels for your customers (like Bronze, Silver, or Gold) based on their cumulative spending or loyalty points earned. Customers automatically progress through these tiers, unlocking new benefits and recognition as they reach defined thresholds. This feature provides a powerful tool for customer segmentation and rewarding your most loyal customers with exclusive status and benefits.
