With the Customer Rewards tile, you can check a customer’s available points and redeem rewards directly into the Shopify POS cart. This makes it easy to apply discounts without leaving the checkout flow.

How it works

  • Open the Customer Rewards tileFrom your Shopify POS home, tap the Customer Rewards tile.
  • You’ll see the customer’s current balance and a list of available rewards.

  • Check available rewardsRewards are shown with the points required to redeem.

  • If the customer has enough points, the reward will appear as Redeemable.

  • Redeem a rewardTap Redeem reward on an available option.

  • The system generates a coupon and applies it automatically to the POS cart.

  • Confirm in the cartThe discount will appear under Cart discount in the order summary.

  • Proceed to checkoutComplete the transaction as usual.

  • The customer receives their discount instantly.

This tile works alongside the other JeriCommerce loyalty tiles (Scanner Cards,  Balance Adjustment) to give a complete in-store loyalty experience.

To scan a reward directly from the customer's reward profile, the customer needs to access their profile from the back of the Wallet and click on "Claim Reward". A QR code will be displayed, and the cashier can use the scanner card tile - the reward will be instantly applied to card.
